Our Transition Team provides in-school training to students living with disabilities, aimed at assisting and guiding students through a successful transition from school to work and independent living skills.

Summer JET

Qualified students may participate in a paid work experience in a variety of workplaces throughout the community, in the summer months, as part of our Summer JET Program (Job Exploration Training).

Thrive builds employability skills for students living with disabilities through internship experiences.

Participant commitment is 120 hours for an average of 3-4 hours a day for approximately 18 weeks.

High school is over and former students are ready to become working members of the community.

WE Inc. partners with ADRS providing employment services that include job readiness, development, search, placement, and retention services for the lifetime of the job.
