The Empower Café Hospitality Facilitator plays a vital front-facing role in WE Inc.’s social enterprise café, helping create a warm, welcoming environment for customers while supporting individuals living with disabilities and other barriers to employment in developing real-world job skills. This part-time position focuses on front-of-house operations, customer service, and quality control. Team members in this role may also assist with back-of-house operations as needed and will work in close coordination with the Empower Café Chef and training team.

This is a non-supervisory, hands-on position ideal for individuals who are passionate about inclusion, service, and hospitality, and who want to be part of a mission-driven team.

Hospitality Facilitator

The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions. This role operates with a degree of independence, exercising sound judgment in routine processes while seeking approval from the Director of Finance for non-routine decisions. The Bookkeeper is expected to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and embody professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

This position manages and supports individuals living with disabilities through structured vocational development programs and community integration opportunities. By guiding participants in overcoming employment barriers, developing individualized plans, and connecting them with essential vocational training and resources, the Pathway Navigator plays a key role in helping participants build confidence, develop skills, and achieve sustainable, competitive employment and independent living skills. This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week, with benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan options.

Empower Café Intern

Workshops Empowerment Inc. is seeking a reliable and courteous individual to serve as a part-time driver. This role includes operating a box truck (up to 26 feet) for local deliveries and pickups, representing the organization professionally, and assisting with Affirmative Business Enterprise (ABE) tasks when not on the road. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working alongside individuals of all abilities.

The role requires attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
