The Strategic Partnerships & Communications Manager serves as a primary ambassador for Workshops Empowerment, Inc. (WE, Inc.), building relationships that increase awareness, engagement, referrals, employment opportunities, volunteer involvement, sponsorships, and community support. This position is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, leading organizational communications, supporting community engagement efforts, coordinating Junior Board activities, and promoting the mission and impact of WE, Inc. throughout the community.

Work-Ready Intern
The Work-Ready ABE Training and Internship Program at Workshops Empowerment Inc. is designed to provide time-limited, paid training opportunities for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Participants engage in job readiness, skill training, and structured, hands-on learning experiences while earning a paycheck. The goal is to build foundational skills, confidence, and readiness for transition into competitive, integrated employment in the community. The internship is available in the following fields:
