Transition Specialist
The Transition Specialist teaches job readiness curricula in local high schools to students living with disabilities and onsite to adults living with disabilities and/or barriers to employment. This position is designed to be full-time, averaging 40 hours per week, with benefits.
Pathway Navigator- Community Waiver
This position manages and supports individuals living with disabilities through a structured, vocational development program. This position is responsible for guiding participants in overcoming employment barriers, developing individualized plans, and connecting them with essential vocational training and resources. The Pathway Navigator plays a key role in helping participants build confidence, develop skills, and achieve sustainable, competitive employment and independent living skills.
Pathway Navigator- TANF
The Pathway Navigator for the Integrated Work Support Program will manage and play an integral role in a comprehensive vocational empowerment program, guiding individuals facing employment barriers. This position requires overseeing the program's key components, including job readiness, skills training, structured job search activities, and job placement services. The Pathway Navigator will also be responsible for ensuring participants receive personalized support, resources, and advocacy, facilitating their journey toward meaningful employment and personal development.
Custodian - Training Position
This is a job training/internship position. Applicant must be teachable and willing to learn, grow professionally, and develop soft and hard skills. The role requires attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will play a crucial role in creating a clean and welcoming environment for our employees and visitors. Once job training and employment skills are developed, applicants will seek competitive, outside employment.
Work-Ready Processing/ Production Associates
Our Production/Processing Training and Internship Program offers a comprehensive and supportive learning/working environment for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment while earning a paycheck. Participants will have the opportunity to gain practical skills, valuable experience, and job readiness development to help them succeed in the production/processing field while working towards competitive employment.
