Meet Jeremy, a symbol of resilience and transformation, defying the odds to discover a new path to sobriety and success at Workshops Empowerment.

Jeremy vividly recalls a time when addiction had taken over his life, leading to turmoil and distrust within his family. In under a year, he had lost three close friends to the drug Fentanyl. The odds were against him, but sobriety became his mission. With only a bicycle for transportation and a commitment to an onsite program, Jeremy needed a safe, low-stress job within a mile of the facility. Workshops Empowerment provided the ideal opportunity.

WE Inc. offers a supportive space for individuals to rebuild their lives. Many have been out of the workforce for months or even years due to disabilities or challenging life circumstances.

Jeremy’s unwavering dedication to his work has earned him promotions from Crew Leader to Supervisor, where he now manages tasks for individual’s with disabilities and shares his journey of addiction and sobriety as a mentor.

Jeremy’s dedication extends beyond the workplace. He allocates a portion of his paycheck to support others facing similar challenges, knowing firsthand the difference such help can make. His story is a testament to the transformative power of resilience and the impact of supportive communities.
