Maya says about her Summer JET experience, “I love it here at Sozo. It’s fun and I’ve learned to run the cash register!”

The Summer Job Exploration Training Program is designed to help combat regression during the summer. It also provides an opportunity for high school students with disabilities to experience on-the-job paid training.

Two things were apparent when Kenneth came to WE Inc. He had a huge, memorable smile and he was determined to make changes to his life going forward.

“If you can wake up every morning and put your mindset to do something negative, then you can wake up every morning and put your mindset to do something positive.”

We are so proud of Anthony’s huge milestone of 25 years of employment at WE Inc. We can only hope that we've poured into him as much as he delivers every day to others.

We asked Anthony's mom what WE Inc. has mean to Anthony and his family. "It's meant everything. It's the best thing that has ever happened to Anthony."

In 2017, Kenner found himself at the doors of WE Inc. for court ordered community service. Though only here for a few months, there is no doubt that his time here left an everlasting mark, on us and on Kenner.

In 2021, he came back on board as a full-time employee and, in July, received a promotion to Crew Leader!

More than 90% of students who participated in the Summer JET Program and their guardians feel that they are better prepared for future employment.
