Custodian - Training Position

This is a job training/internship position. Applicant must be teachable and willing to learn, grow professionally, and develop soft and hard skills. The role requires attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will play a crucial role in creating a clean and welcoming environment for our employees and visitors. Once job training and employment skills are developed, applicants will seek competitive, outside employment.

Production Employee

Workshops Empowerment Inc, has an ongoing need for Production Workers. Production Workers perform routine work for local business customers. They are expected to follow established guidelines to complete assembly of products or services. A Production Worker must be able to work with his/her hands to complete kitting, assembly and packaging processes according to standard operating procedures with 100% quality standards. Also responsible for performing the following similar duties:  marrying nuts & bolts, packaging hardware, handling first class and bulk mail preparation, collating, nesting, inserting & labeling; must also be capable of sorting, folding, shipping, stamping and order fulfillment.

Production workers are typically employed for fewer than 30 hours per week. While there is no durational limit on how long a Production Worker may be employed at Workshops Empowerment Inc., we will constantly challenge each person to pursue his or her highest vocational potential, and when the time is right, WE Inc. staff work with each individual to help them find a job in the community.
